Grape and Cream-Cheese Tostada

This combo can also be spread on a corn tortilla, if you prefer.

  • Butter, for pan
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup red seedless grapes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a baking sheet. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese on a flour tortilla (6-inch).

  2. Halve 1/2 cup red seedless grapes lengthwise; arrange cut side up on cream cheese, pressing in gently. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar.

  3. Bake until crisp, 15 to 18 minutes.
