- 2 cups chopped papaya (from 1 small peeled, seeded papaya)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Pinch of coarse salt
Combine papaya, ice, yogurt, sugar, cardamom, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth, 1 minute. Serve immediately.
