Mango Lassi Smoothie

  • 2 cups chopped mango (from 1 large peeled, pitted mango)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of coarse salt


  1. Combine mango, ice, yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth, 1 minute. Serve immediately.
