Mango Lassi Smoothie
This smoothie showcases the flavors of a mango lassi, a traditional Indian yogurt-based drink. Our version calls for fresh mango, cinnamon, and a touch of salt to balance the sweetness.

- 2 cups chopped mango (from 1 large peeled, pitted mango)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of coarse salt
Combine mango, ice, yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth, 1 minute. Serve immediately.
