Tahini Dressing

Use this recipe when making our Cucumber and Tomato Salad with Tahini Dressing.

  • 1/2 cup tahini (well stirred)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend on high speed until smooth. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 5 days.
