Strawberries with Sweetened Sour Cream

This quick and easy treat is ideal for a warm summer night.

  • 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons light-brown
  • 2 pints fresh strawberries


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream and sugar. If desired, sprinkle more sugar on top as a garnish. Serve with fresh strawberries, rinsed and patted dry.

Cook's Notes

The sweetened sour cream can be made up to one week ahead; refrigerate in an airtight container. Stir before serving.
