Vermouth Cassis

Top off this classic cocktail with soda and a twist.

  • 2 ounces dry vermouth
  • 2 teaspoons creme de cassis
  • Twist of lemon


  1. Serve on the rocks or stir first two ingredients with ice, strain into wineglass, garnish.
