Kir

The classic Kir mixes white wine with creme de cassis; our variation uses pear liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces white wine
  • 1/2 ounce creme de cassis

Directions

  1. Try substituting pear liqueur for cassis, or champagne for the wine (a Kir Royale).
