Cin-Cin

This Italian toast is also the name of a classic aperitif.

  • Yield: Makes One Serving

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Cinzano white vermouth
  • 2 ounces Cinzano red vermouth
  • Twist of lemon

Directions

  1. Pour into an old-fashioned glass with two or three ice cubes. Stir gently, and garnish.
