Spinach-Avocado Smoothie

This better-for-you blend with spinach and avocado is naturally delicious and nutritious and is a superb way to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed spinach leaves
  • 1 1/4 cups white grape juice or pear juice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. Blend spinach, juice, avocado, apple, and ice.
