Lemon Glaze for French Doughnuts

Use this glaze on our French Doughnuts.

  • Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups

  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a heatproof bowl. Set over a pan of simmering water, and heat until just warm. Use while still warm.
