- 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
Combine all the ingredients in a heatproof bowl. Set over a pan of simmering water, and heat until just warm. Use while still warm.
