- 1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Combine sugar, cream, vanilla extract, and salt in a heatproof bowl or the top of a double boiler. Place over a pan of simmering water. Heat, stirring, until just warm, 2 to 3 minutes. Use while still warm.
