Fruit Smoothie with Tofu

You can use a variety of fruits in this shake, so get creative.

  • Yield: Makes 1 two-cup serving

  • 6 ounces fruit, such as raspberries, blueberries, or mango
  • 4 ounces silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or more to taste
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until the texture is creamy and ice has been finely ground. Serve immediately.
