Fruit Smoothie with Tofu
You can use a variety of fruits in this shake, so get creative.
- Yield: Makes 1 two-cup serving

- 6 ounces fruit, such as raspberries, blueberries, or mango
- 4 ounces silken tofu
- 2 tablespoons honey, or more to taste
- 1 cup ice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until the texture is creamy and ice has been finely ground. Serve immediately.
