Creme Fraiche and Lemon Vinaigrette
This creamy vinaigrette will add a richness to salads and also doubles as a quick and easy dipping sauce.

- 6 tablespoons creme fraiche
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest, plus 4 teaspoons juice
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Whisk together creme fraiche, lemon zest and juice, mustard, and 1 tablespoon water. Season with salt and pepper.
