steps

  1. Use stencil tape to mask off a line toward the center of the egg cup.

  2. Apply two coats of vintage decor paint to the base of the egg cup. Remove tape and let dry.

  3. Position an adhesive border stencil above the painted base.

  4. Apply two coats of paint over stencil with a dauber, then remove stencil (best if done while the paint is still wet). Let dry completely.
