For a world-renowned cook, her food shopping list is surprisingly simple. But to those who know her personally, it's not such a surprise at all. After all, Martha has always believed in fresh, wholesome food and keeping all meals in moderation.
That means nothing processed or artificially preserved, and you'll never hear her utter the "d" word ("diet", that is). Instead, she grows much of what she eats in her vegetable gardens at Bedford.
