Mellow walnut oil complements the grapefruit and oranges in the citrus terrine.

- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 teaspoons fresh orange juice
- 4 tablespoons walnut oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Combine vinegar and orange juice in a small bowl. Whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
