Walnut Vinaigrette

Mellow walnut oil complements the grapefruit and oranges in the citrus terrine.

  • Yield: Makes about 1/4 cup

  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons fresh orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons walnut oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Combine vinegar and orange juice in a small bowl. Whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
