Stewed Garlic in Oil
This oil works well mixed into dips and in recipes for crackers.
- Yield: Makes 1/2 cup

- 10 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Combine garlic and oil in a small pan. Cook over very low heat for 20 minutes, or until very soft. Cool. Store up to 3 months in a jar with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator.
