This refreshing punch is delicious with or without the rum.

- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon bitters
- 1/4 cup light rum
- 1 lime, cut into eight wedges
- 3/4 cup club soda
Combine all ingredients except club soda in a 2-quart jar with a lid and refrigerate until needed. To serve, shake jar well, add club soda, and pour into glasses.
