Pineapple Punch

This refreshing punch is delicious with or without the rum.

  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon bitters
  • 1/4 cup light rum
  • 1 lime, cut into eight wedges
  • Ice
  • 3/4 cup club soda


  1. Combine all ingredients except club soda in a 2-quart jar with a lid and refrigerate until needed. To serve, shake jar well, add club soda, and pour into glasses.
