  • 3/4 pound whole small round potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons dry vermouth
  • Drained olive oil-packed tuna
  • Blanched green beans
  • Hard-cooked eggs
  • Olives
  • Lemon wedges
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Steam potatoes until tender, 12 to 15 minutes. Immediately toss with vermouth. Serve on a platter with tuna, green beans, eggs, olives, and lemon wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
