Guava Vinaigrette

Guava nectar forms the base of this salad dressing. Use this recipe when making our Chunky Avocado Salad.

  • Yield: Makes 1/2 cup

  • 1/4 cup guava nectar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (1/2 lime)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the guava nectar, lime juice, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil.
