- 1/4 cup guava nectar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (1/2 lime)
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
In a medium bowl, whisk together the guava nectar, lime juice, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil.
