Sparkling Ginger-Plum Lemonade

You can use any variety or combination of plums in this fizzy cooler.

  • 9 medium ripe plums (about 2 1/2 pounds), pitted, plus wedges for garnish
  • 5 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (3 lemons)
  • 1 cup Ginger Syrup for Summer Coolers
  • 1 cup seltzer, chilled


  1. Place the plums in a juice extractor, and process to extract all juice.

  2. Transfer the plum juice to a large pitcher, and stir in the lemon juice, ginger syrup, and seltzer. Fill pitcher with ice. Garnish with plum wedges, and serve.
