Tarragon Limeade

Tarragon puts a sophisticated spin on a classic limeade.

  • 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice (about 15 limes), plus wedges for garnish
  • 1 1/2 cups Tarragon Syrup for Limeade
  • Tarragon sprigs, for garnish


  1. In a large pitcher, stir together lime juice, tarragon syrup, and 2 cups cold water. Fill pitcher with ice; garnish with lime wedges and tarragon sprigs. Serve.
