Caffe Macchiato

Espresso with a spoonful of frothed milk is a macchiato ("stained," in Italian).

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup espresso

Directions

  1. Using a frother, whip 1/4 cup cold milk until foamy. Divide 1/2 cup espresso between 2 espresso cups. Spoon milk foam on top of espresso to taste.
