Coffeehouse Caffe Latte

In Italy, this mild blend of milk and coffee is a drink that is enjoyed by children and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk, steamed
  • 1/4 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup espresso

Directions

  1. Heat 2 cups milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat until milk is steaming.

  2. Using a frother, whip 1/4 cup cold milk until foamy

  3. Divide 1 cup espresso between two tall heat-proof glasses. Divide warmed milk between glasses. Spoon milk foam on top to taste.
