Passion Fruit-Vanilla Margaritas

Passion fruit and vanilla deliver seductive tropical notes to margaritas.

  • 6 ounces (3/4 cup) silver tequila
  • 1 vanilla bean, split, seeds scraped
  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup passion fruit sorbet
  • 2 cups small ice cubes


  1. Combine tequila and vanilla bean and seeds in a tall glass. Cover, and let stand 1 hour. Discard bean.

  2. Puree tequila mixture, Grand Marnier, sorbet, and ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses, and serve.
