Kiwi gives a great hue and slushy consistency to this flavored margarita.

- 4 kiwis, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 4 ounces (1/2 cup) silver tequila
- 3 ounces (1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons) triple sec
- 4 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 2 cups crushed ice
Pulse kiwis, tequila, triple sec, sugar, and lime juice in a food processor until fruit has broken down but is not pureed. Pour over ice in glasses, and serve.
