Kiwi Margarita

Kiwi gives a great hue and slushy consistency to this flavored margarita.

  • 4 kiwis, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 4 ounces (1/2 cup) silver tequila
  • 3 ounces (1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons) triple sec
  • 4 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups crushed ice


  1. Pulse kiwis, tequila, triple sec, sugar, and lime juice in a food processor until fruit has broken down but is not pureed. Pour over ice in glasses, and serve.
