Ricotta-Mascarpone Crepe Filling
Use this recipe as a filling for Dessert Crepes.

- 8 ounces fresh ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup confectionersâ€™ sugar
Whisk together cheeses and sugar in a bowl. Store, refrigerated in an airtight container, up to 2 days.
