Ricotta-Mascarpone Crepe Filling

Use this recipe as a filling for Dessert Crepes.

  • 8 ounces fresh ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar


  1. Whisk together cheeses and sugar in a bowl. Store, refrigerated in an airtight container, up to 2 days.
