Jessica Murphy of Atlanta has always been captivated by reuse and retrofit projects. For the past 10 years, she's been building power plants, paper mills, and solar fields all across the country. Finally, this year, she had an opportunity to remodel this home and take a stab at breaking out on her own.

"The industrial-styled chandeliers in the living room and dining room were purchased from Westside Market Antiques & Interiors in Atlanta. The chandelier in the master bathroom is Miami Beach 3-Ring Crystal Chandelier by Light Up My Home. The mirrors in the master bath are Martha Stewart's Champlain mirrors. The pendant in the back stairwell is Bosonic 36-Light Ceiling Lamp by Zuo Mod."

"My process for remodeling was simply to do what appealed to me personally. My friends encouraged me that my personal condo was a testament to my sense of design, so I decided to approach [this house] with my personal taste and style."
