Crisp Onions

Use this recipe to garnish our Caramelized Onion Dip.

  • Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over high heat until hot. Fry onion slices in small batches until crisp, about 1 minute. Drain on paper towels.
