We’re here for you again with deliciously doable dinners for every weeknight. The recipes take less than an hour of mostly hands-off time, many cook much quicker than that but may require constant stirring. Yes, there will be pasta. Come the weekend, we’re breaking out the grill and frying some chicken -- it's a holiday after all! Visit us every week for dinnertime inspiration.

Just what Tuesday needs, a Japanese-inspired dinner that's much tastier than any takeout. It's a clever riff on sushi, but here the salmon fillets are seared and the seaweed is toasted and served atop brown rice, with a fresh avocado and cucmber salad. All comes together with an intense lemon-soy-chili sauce.

For a holiday weekend, what is more apt than a big platter of fried chicken? A light touch of lavender flowers and local honey makes a smashing garnish. Potato salad is optional, grilled corn compulsory.
