Pepperoncini Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup minced pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh oregano
  • White fish, such as grouper

Directions

  1. Combine pepperoncini, parsley, olive oil, and oregano. Serve over pan-seared white fish.
