Pepperoncini Poppers

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar
  • 10 large pepperoncini
  • Cooked bacon


  1. Mix cream cheese and cheddar. Slice pepperoncini in half; fill each half with cheese mixture. Top with bacon. Roast on a baking sheet at 450 degrees until cheese is browned, about 8 minutes.
