No-Churn Grape Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen seedless green grapes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • 3 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of coarse salt

Directions

  1. Place grapes in a food processor with mint, corn syrup, lemon juice, and salt. Puree; freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
