Creamy Herb Dressing
Club soda lightens the texture of creamy salad dressing.

- 1/4 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup club soda
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs, such as basil, mint, and chives
Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, club soda, and salt. Stir in herbs.
