materials

  • Cardstock in various colors

  • Adhesive foam dots

steps

  1. First we make the card. With the paper trimmer, cut a piece of cardstock to 9" x 6".

  2. Use the scoreboard to score center of 9" length. Fold. You now should have a 4.5" x 6" card.

  3. Use your star punch to cut stars out of the other cardstock.

  4. For each star, make scores from the center to the end of each point.

  5. Carefully bend scored edges to create a dimensional star.

  6. Cut out small piece of paper, ie. 2x2 in. Score straight lines every 1/4" and fold to create an accordion.

  7. Glue stars around the card using adhesive foam dots, use the accordion to make one star a "shooting" star.
