steps

  1. With the paper trimmer, cut a piece of paper that is 7" x 10".

  2. Using the mini scoring board, score the piece of paper at 5 inches on the 10-inch side. Fold at the crease.

  3. Cut two more pieces of paper in different colors, one that measures 4" x 6" inches, and one that measures 3" x 5".

  4. Center the 4" x 6" piece of paper onto the base of the card and adhere with the glue pen.

  5. Trace “Dad!” or whatever message you choose on the 3" x 5" piece of paper. Then, place the piece of paper onto the cutting mat, and punch along your traced letters with the screw punch, allowing for a small amount of space between each hole.

  6. Once you have finished punching out your message, erase the remainder of your pencil lines, and center the piece of paper on the card and adhere with the glue pen.
