Honey-Glazed Ham with Citrus
Honey-glazed ham is synonymous with Easter entertaining, but why not add a twist? A citrus twist that is! The flavor combo here is a match made in heaven. Not only is this tasty, but it’s also eye-catching.
Delicately fold some honey-glazed ham onto a dried orange crisp. Using a spoon, dollop honey mustard onto the ham. Next, press spears of Gruyere cheese into the mustard and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
Chocolate-Hazelnut Marshmallow Bites
They're inspired by the bunny-shaped Easter marshmallows, but these are more elegant.
Cut a regular-size marshmallow in half, and stick the exposed gooey part to a dried pear crisp. Place a small chocolate disk on top of the marshmallow. Next, use a piping bag with a fine tip to drizzle hazelnut spread on top.
