  • 1 3/4 pounds kale with stems, chopped
  • 2 apples, such as Honeycrisp, chopped (with peels and cores)
  • 1 lemon, chopped (with rind and pith)


  1. Pass kale, apples, and lemon through a juicer. Stir to combine; serve.
