Radishes with Olive Oil


This peppery veggies make a nice snack when paired with seasoned olive oil.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons chopped chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice, plus 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Radishes


  1. Combine olive oil, chives, salt, and lemon juice and zest. Serve with radishes.
