Cherry-Tomato & Anchovy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
  • 3 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound cooked pasta
  • Fresh basil
  • Freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss together olive oil, anchovy paste, and cherry tomatoes. Roast at 450 degrees until tomatoes burst. Toss with pasta; garnish with basil and ground pepper.
