In the Soft Seats

The simplest slipcovers are the coziest, and they’re also just right for warming up dining chairs all winter long. (They happen to be chic and affordable, too.) Just drape a sheepskin over the back of a chair, then secure it with an Ultrasuede-tape or other cord tie in a contrasting color. Use a tapestry needle to thread the tie through the sheepskin on each side, as shown, creating a cuff over the chair top. Knot the ends and let them hang loose.
