Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sparkling cider, such as Martinelli's
  • 3/4 cup Guinness stout
  • 1 lemon wedge

Directions

  1. Pour cider into a pint glass. Slowly pour stout over the back of a spoon into glass to create a darker layer on top. Squeeze and drop lemon wedge into glass. Serve immediately.
