New Year's Eve Sparkler
Add flavor and fizz to plain bubbly for a two-tone sip that's as delicious as it is beautiful.

- 2 cups fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vodka
- Two 750ml bottles of champagne
To make, puree cranberries, sugar, and vodka in a blender until smooth. Strain and chill until cold, or up to 1 week. Fill a flute with 3 tablespoons cranberry-vodka mixture and about 1/2 cup bubbly per glass. For the ombre effect, tilt flute and gently pour Champagne down one side into glass. Serve immediately.
