  • 1/2 cup Eggnog, cold
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice, plus freshly grated zest for serving
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • Pinch of salt


  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup ice, eggnog, lime juice, yogurt, and salt. Puree until smooth; serve sprinkled with zest.
