Day of the Dead Sugar Skull Makeup Tutorial by Chelsea Rachel

Makeup artist Chelsea Rachel accepts Martha's "Shriek or Chic" challenge! In her Day of the Dead-inspired beauty look, scary has never looked so stylish.

So we were over the moon when we learned that up-and-coming makeup artist Chelsea Rachel accepted Martha Stewart's "Shriek or Chic" challenge.
