Oat-Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine banana, oats, yogurt, coconut oil, honey, orange juice, and ice. Puree until smooth. Transfer to a tall glass and drink immediately.
