Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons light-brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups mixed raw nuts

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Stir in nuts to coat. Bake at 300 degrees on a rimmed baking sheet until toasted, about 20 minutes. Stir and let cool.
