Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • Extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix red onion, Worcestershire sauce, and salt into ground turkey. Form mixture into 4 patties. Brush patties with olive oil and grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes a side.
