I've been on a bit of a breakfast-sandwich kick lately, and I thought it would be fun to share one of my favorites with you. A sunny-side-up egg (no flipping) and melted extra-sharp cheddar get a layer of freshness from sliced tomato and satisfying crunch from a toasted English muffin.
