Blueberry-Almond Butter Smoothie

- 1 ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (6 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
- 3 dates (Medjool or Deglet), pitted
- 2 cups water
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
